The invention relates to the field of building components, in particular to a concrete stair, which comprises pre-cast stair treads, a cast-in-situ upper-layer stair platform, a cast-in-situ lower-layer stair platform, a cast-in-situ upper-layer ladder beam and a cast-in-situ lower-layer ladder beam, wherein treads are arranged on the pre-cast stair treads; the cast-in-situ upper-layer stair platform and the cast-in-situ upper-layer ladder beam are casted into a whole; the cast-in-situ lower-layer stair platform and the cast-in-situ lower-layer ladder beam are casted into a whole; the upper ends of the pre-cast stair treads are fixedly connected with the cast-in-situ upper-layer ladder beam; the lower ends of the pre-cast stair treads are fixedly connected with the cast-in-situ lower-layer ladder beam; a plurality of horizontally arranged hoisting and casting holes are formed in the pre-cast stair treads; a plurality of pre-cast stair treads are horizontally arranged side by side; the hoisting and casting holes in the same horizontal direction are communicated to form an overall hoisting and casting hole; reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the overall hoisting and casting hole and are casted with the pre-cast stair treads into a whole through binding agent. The invention also provides an assembling method of the concrete stair. According to the concrete stair and the assembling method of the concrete stair, the pre-cast stair treads can be quickly and conveniently transported, hoisted and installed.
