The invention provides a floor capable of heating by solar energy or hot water and cooling by frozen water. The cooling and heating floor comprises a plurality of units which are assembled, wherein eachcooling and heating floor unit comprises base supports; bases are firmly combined with the cooling and heating floor units through corresponding fasteners to achieve a hollow effect capable of resisting sufficientpressure; one or more decoration surfaces are bonded on the surface of each cooling and heating floor unit; bolt-type members are arranged below the two ends of the cooling and heating floor unit, so that the ends of the cooling and heating floor units are flatly and firmly connected; a small groove is formed in one side of the cooling and heating floor unit, and a small tenon is arranged on the other side of the cooling and heating floor unit, so that the cooling and heating floor units can be assembled into form a complete plane; the decoration surfaces also can be directly fixed to Z-shaped clamping strips or the bases; cooling and heating objects can be arranged in the base channels of the cooling and heating floor units in a penetration manner and connected to heating and coolingequipment; the cooling and heating energy of the equipment is provided by solar energy, gas or electric power for adjusting the indoor temperature. Therefore, the effects of quickly heating and cooling are achieved, a large amount of energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
