The invention relates to an insulation device for concrete winter construction. The insulation device comprises an electric tracing ribbon system, an infrared temperature detection instrument and an intelligent temperature detection instrument, wherein the infrared temperature detection instrument is combined with the intelligent temperature detection instrument and the electric tracing ribbon system for operation; the infrared temperature detection instrument is used for detecting the internal temperature and ambient temperature of a template to be subjected to concrete casting before concrete casting, and monitoring the temperature of the concrete entering the template in real time in the concrete casting process; the intelligent temperature detection instrument is used for regulating the maximum temperature and minimal temperature of operation of the electric tracing ribbon system according to the detected real-time temperatures of different positions in the conveyed concrete; the electric tracing ribbon system is used for outputting thermal power between the minimal temperature and the maximum temperature so as to regulate the temperature required for concrete conservation.
