The invention relates to a fixing device for a door lock. The fixing device comprises an inner fixing plate and an outer fixing plate, wherein opposite surfaces of the inner fixing plate and the outer fixing plate are connected with symmetrical quadrangular connecting devices through threads; through holes matched with a lock cylinder are formed in the inner fixing plate, the outer fixing plate and the connecting devices; five bulges used for preventing the inner fixing plate and the outer fixing plate from displacement are arranged on connecting surface of the inner and outer fixing plates and a door sheet; four mounting holes used for being connected with the door sheet through bolts are formed in each of the inner fixing plate and the outer fixing plate. As the connecting devices and the bulges are arranged on the fixing device, the stability of the door lock is greatly enhanced, and the service life of the door is prolonged.
