The invention discloses a structure of an optical cable cross-connecting cabinet base door latch, and relates to the field of fixing structures. The structure is as follows: a fixing body is provided with a movable body, and the fixing body is provided with a first through hole; the movable body is provided with a second through hole; the axial centers of the first through hole and the second through hole are positioned on a same straight line; one side, which faces to the first through hole, of the second through hole is provided with a guide pipe; the opening diameter of the guide pipe is gradually reduced from one end which is close to the first through hole; and the latch penetrates through the first through hole, the guide pipe and the second through hole. According to the structure, the latch is easy to insert through the arrangement of the guide pipe, and even if an assembly which uses the inserted part of the latch for a long time generates the conditions of displacement and the like, because the guide pipe effectively enlarges the inserting opening diameter of the latch, the problem that the latch can not be inserted is effectively prevented from being generated.
