The invention discloses an energy-saving heatproof exchanging window system. The exchanging window system comprises a heat insulation block; a limit groove is formed in the upper part of the heat insulation block; a first aluminum alloy profile, an upper heat insulation board and a second aluminum alloy profile are mounted in the limit groove; the upper heat insulation board is mounted on one side of the first aluminum alloy profile; the second aluminum alloy profile is mounted on one side of the upper heat insulation board. The invention provides an efficient heat insulation aluminum alloy window system. According to the invention, the upper heat insulation board is mounted between the first aluminum alloy profile and the second aluminum alloy profile, and can greatly reduce heat exchange between the first aluminum alloy profile and the second aluminum alloy profile, so as to greatly improve the adiabaticity of the window system; dissipation of heat from the aluminum alloy profiles is avoided; waste of energy source is greatly avoided; first connecting grooves can reduce contact area of the first aluminum alloy profile and the upper heat insulation board, so as to further improve the adiabaticity of the aluminum alloy window.
