The invention discloses a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) push-pull rail for plastic doors and windows. The PVC push-pull rail comprises a plastic profile used as a plastic door and window frame and a rail part integrally formed with the plastic profile, and the rail part is protrudingly arranged on the working surface of the plastic profile. After being designed, produced and put into use, the push-pull rail has the advantages of lower using cost, durability, fewer door and window assembly links, less labor of workers and higher working efficiency as compared with the traditional aluminum guide rails, and is free of push-pull noise and environmental pollution during use.
