The invention discloses multifunctional double-layer hollow glass comprising a first hollow glass layer and a second hollow glass layer. Each of the first hollow glass layer and the second hollow glass layer comprises a first glass base layer and a second glass base layer; the second glass base layer sides of the first and second hollow glass layers are fixedly adhered together through a laminated metal wire layer; a plurality of ribs are arranged between the first glass base layer of the first hollow glass layer and the second glass base layer thereof; a support frame is disposed between the first glass base layer of the second hollow glass layer and the second glass base layer thereof and is hermetically adhered to the first and second glass base layers through sealant, and a sealed cavity is formed. The multifunctional double-layer hollow glass is simple in structure and reasonable in design, has the advantages such as high overall structural strength, excellent sound insulation, excellent explosion protection and excellent thermal insulation, has excellent comprehensive performances, is good glass material for the manufacturing of building doors and windows and curtain walls, and has promising market prospect.
