The invention discloses a glass shutter structure. A glass curtain wall is provided with a widow; a glass louvre supported by an aluminum alloy frame is arranged on the window; a water retaining wall is built on the inner side of the window; a waterproof coating layer is painted on the wall body of the water retaining wall; an aluminum alloy flange is additionally arranged outwards on the aluminum alloy frame below, and extends inwards to the water retaining wall, thereby forming a drainage slope of which the gradient is 2 percent. The glass shutter structure disclosed by the invention meets the ventilation requirement of equipment, a flat and continuous overall vertical face effect is achieved, and a vertical face is basically not influenced by shutter arrangement; meanwhile, the waterproofing requirements of buildings are met.
