The invention provides a high-safety children safety door. The high-safety children safety door comprises two door frames and a foldable door curtain, wherein the two door frames are vertically arranged, and sliding grooves in which openings are formed in outer side surfaces are formed in side surfaces, which face each other directly, of the two door frames along the height direction of the door frames; the foldable door curtain comprises a first connecting rod which is horizontally and fixedly arranged between the bottom parts of the two door frames and a second connecting rod of which two ends can respectively slide in the two sliding grooves, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are both made of aluminum materials, and the surfaces of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are of hollow structures; grooves are respectively formed in the side surfaces, which face each other directly, of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, a plurality of telescopic rods are vertically connected between the two grooves, the telescopic rods can stretch in the vertical direction and can be totally compressed into the grooves, two ends of the second connecting rod can respectively slide in the two sliding grooves and can be clamped on clamping parts, and the telescopic rods can stretch along with the sliding of the second connecting rod. The high-safety children safety door disclosed by the invention can be stored when not in use and is safer.
