The detachable telescopic ladder comprises a first precast steel slab, a second precast steel slab, first connecting pieces, second connecting pieces, and footboards; the first precast steel slab and the second precast steel slab are pre-embedded into a tower body wall in parallel; and the same sides of the first precast steel slab and the second precast steel slab are both provided with a plurality of the first connecting pieces. The construction method of the detachable telescopic ladder used for knockout towers comprises following steps: the first precast steel slab and the second precast steel slab are precast; the precast steel slabs are pre-embedded into the tower body wall in parallel; the first connecting pieces are fixed on the precast steel slabs; and the footboards are arranged on the second connecting pieces. The second connecting pieces are telescopic along the length direction, so that the distance from the detachable telescopic ladder to the wall is increased, and it is more convenient for climbing up and down.
