The invention discloses a detachable type ladder stand for a fractionating tower and a construction method of the ladder stand. The detachable type ladder stand for the fractionating tower comprises a prefabricated steel plate, connecting parts and pedal plates. The prefabricated steel plate is embedded into a tower body wall; one end of each connecting part is connected to the prefabricated steel plate through threads, and the portions, not connected with the prefabricated steel plate, of the connecting parts are exposed out of the tower body wall. The construction method of the detachable type ladder stand for the fractionating tower comprises the steps of manufacturing the prefabricated steel plate; forming a plurality of sets of mounting holes for mounting the connecting parts; embedding the prefabricated steel plate into the tower body wall; mounting the pedal plates on the connecting parts; and mounting the connecting parts into the mounting holes of the prefabricated steel plate. The pedal plates can freely slide on the connecting parts. When the detachable type ladder stand is not used, the pedal plates can be moved to the position press close to the wall, and the occupied space is reduced. Meanwhile, direct contact between the pedal plates and the wall is avoided, and the tower body wall structure is protected.
