A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to a stucco floating coat. The stucco floating coat is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 60 to 70% of quartz sand, 20 to 25% of white cement, 1 to 5% of ground calcium carbonate, 5 to 10% of ash calcium, 0.20 to 0.30% of master batch, 0 to 0.30% of a water repellent, 5 to 10% of a flexible emulsion, 0.20 to 0.30% of lignocelluloses fiber, and 0.20 to 0.30% of hydroxyethyl cellulose. The flexible emulsion is a self-crosslinked styrene/acrylic acid ester copolymer, is capable of providing the stucco floating coat with flexibility and elasticity, and obtaining excellent stucco effects; hydroxyethyl cellulose fiber is capable of avoiding sagging of embossment floating coat in construction; and the size of quartz sand ranges from 50 to 70 meshes.
