The present invention discloses a ferroelectric ceramic material preparation method, which comprises: calculating the raw material mass according to preparation of 0.1 moL barium titanate ceramic, weighing the required raw materials by using an electronic scale, adding the mixture obtained through the material matching to zirconia balls and deionized water to carry out ball milling, carrying out ball milling on the obtained slurry for 1-2 h at a speed of 500-550 r/min, drying, grinding, pre-firing, carrying out secondary ball milling, carrying out secondary drying, carrying out granulation, pressing the powder into the green body sheet with the predetermined specification under a pressure of 15 MPa, adopting a glue discharge system to remove organic matters in the green body sheet, carrying out thermal insulation on the glue-discharged green body sheet for 2-6 h at a temperature of 1300-1350 DEG C, and sintering into the ceramic.
