The invention discloses a movable emergency flood bank. The movable emergency flood bank comprises a flood bank, wherein the flood bank is provided with a series of gate leaves; supporting piers are arranged on the flood bank and supports are arranged on the supporting pier; one end of each support is movably connected with a gate leaf support through a support shaft; the gate leaf supports are fixedly mounted at the lower parts of downstream faces of the gate leaves; the other end of each support is movably connected with one end of a supporting rod by a supporting shaft lower rod; the supporting seats are mounted at the upper parts of the downstream faces of the gate leaves; the other ends of the supporting rods are movably connected with the supporting seats by supporting rod upper shafts; lifting ring seats are arranged at the upper ends of the gate leaves; lifting rings are arranged on the lifting ring seats. By the aid of the movable emergency flood bank, the lifting rings can be lifted by the flood bank under the rotation of the gate leaves; after the gate leaves are rotated to the vertical position and are fixed, the fixed gate leaves can express a flood prevention function; the gate leaves are rotated to the horizontal position by lifting the lifting rings after the blood; the gate leaves have the function of being used as a road of the flood bank and mechanical faults caused by a complicated machine are avoided; the two functions can be conveniently and rapidly converted, the structure is simple, the appearance is beautiful and the cost is less.
