The invention provides a novel multifunctional rock wool board. Steel wires being 3-8mm in diameter are staggerly arranged inside a board body. Through holes are formed both longitudinally and transversally inside the board body and are filled with phenolic foamed resin. A waterproof coating layer wraps exterior of the board body, wherein the waterproof coating layer, on one hand, achieves a waterproof function, thereby prolonging service life of the rock wool board, and on the other hand, the waterproof coating layer enables the surface of the rock wool board to be more level, so that the rock wool board is free from itching skin and is convenient to carry and use. The invention has following advantageous: the rock wool board is simple and reasonable in structure; by means of the steel wires inside the board body, the rock wool board is enhanced in bearing capability; by means of addition of the phenolic foamed resin filling the board body, the rock wool board has an deodorizing function, and especially when being used in indoor structure of rooms, the rock wool board can reduce air pollution due to decoration; and by means of the external coating, the surface of the rock wool board is level and the rock wool board is easy to carry and meanwhile other functions can be achieved in the rock wool board, thereby improving practicability and developing application fields of the rock wool board.
