The invention discloses a mounting process of an aluminum-plastic panel. The mounting process comprises the steps of cutting an aluminum plate into a square plate through a plate shearing machine, wherein the dimension error of a diagonal line is +/-1mm; positioning a part on a leveling machine for leveling; transferring the leveled square plate on a die cutting machine for cutting corners and forming, wherein the four corners are symmetric; forming the corner-formed square plate through a forming die, wherein the four corners are in the same height, and the tolerance is +/-0.2mm, the plate top is flat and straight, and the flatness error is 0 to 1.5mm by detecting through a leveling ruler; pressing sides, namely, pressing four sides of the formed square plate through a side pressing die, wherein the inner angles of the four sides are less than 90 degrees, the four sides are flat and straight, and thus two square plates can be spliced without a clearance. According to the mounting process, the method is simple, the controllability is high, and the use quality after mounting can be ensured.
