Concrete surface carbonization resistance increasing template
The invention discloses a concrete surface carbonization resistance increasing template. 5 to 10 millimeters round holes are opened in four sides of an ordinary template according to the interval of 100 to 300 millimeters, wherein the round holes are uniformly distributed in the template. A piece of filter cloth attaches to the inner surface of the template. After pouring concrete, water is extruded from the concrete, when the concrete passes through the filter cloth, the water automatically passes through the filter cloth, and the concrete stays in the template in a designed shape. The concrete surface carbonization resistance increasing template is capable of lowering the surface moisture content of the concrete, lowering the water-binder ratio, reducing gaps, increasing the compactness, improving the durability and improving the carbonization resistance. The anti-chloride-corrosion ability of the outer surface of the concrete at such special parts as an anti-seawater-corrosion part is improved. According to the concrete with much coal ash and mineral powder, the easiness in concrete surface carbonization and large carbonization phenomenons are reduced. The concrete surface carbonization resistance increasing template enables the potential quality hazard due to adding water on site by a laborer to be lowered, the concrete intensity to be guaranteed, the surface carbonization to be lowered, and the durability to be improved.
