The invention discloses an asynchronous and electromechanical mixed tooth pushing anti-theft alarm lock. A connector of the asynchronous and electromechanical mixed tooth pushing anti-theft alarm lock is hidden in an invisible hole and disconnected with a rear lock cylinder, a front lock cylinder is locked by an expansion sheet and tooth rotating wheels, the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder are completely disconnected and give an asynchronous rotating alarm, and an electronic remote control device is installed in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet in an invisible mode. Due to the fact that electromechanical interlocking invisibility, mechanical interlocking, invisibility, and connecting invisibility and the asynchronous alarm of the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder are integrated, a thief cannot unlock an interlocking device or rotate the rear lock cylinder, and the thief can only rotate the front lock cylinder and cannot rotate the rear lock cylinder even though an outer expansion locking portion, a lock column and the connector are damaged by savage means. Even though the thief completely drills into the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder through an electric portable drill, and rotates a connecting bolt through tools such as a clamp, the power supply circuit of the electromagnet cannot be connected without contact between a rotating contact and a fixed contact, furthermore, the power supply circuit of the electromagnet is disconnected by the electronic remote control device, a safety latch cannot be unlocked, and therefore thievery prevention can be achieved completely and thoroughly.
