High-temperature firing is divided into 9 phases to implement, and the highest firing temperature is 1,100 DEG C. According to the technical scheme of the microcrystal ceramic grinding wheel, the chrome corundum abrasive material is used to replace white corundum abrasive material, the performance of higher tenacity thereof is utilized, the grinding performance of the grinding wheel is improved effectively, and particularly, the grinding efficiency and workpiece surface smoothness for a workpiece with greater tenacity are improved. Simultaneously, the technical scheme of the microcrystal ceramic grinding wheel, according to the properties of mixed abrasive material, controls the firing parameters of each stage, takes advantage of the high-temperature wetting property of the bonding agent, and guarantees the strength and use safety of the grinding wheel.
