The invention discloses a super-hardness and antibacterial artificial quartzite plate and a manufacture method thereof. The artificial quartzite plate disclosed by the invention is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 30-90 parts of 6-80-mesh calcined quartzite, 20-60 parts of 325-mesh quartz powder, 5-15 parts of cullet, 5-10 parts of shell, 5-20 parts of 30-50-mesh tourmaline, 5-10 parts of unsaturated resin, 0.1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.1-5 parts of a curing agent and 0.3-0.8 part of pigment. By means of adoption of the calcined quartzite, the hardness of the artificial quartzite plate is increased; therefore, the artificial quartzite plate is more wearable, difficult to scratch and long in service life; and simultaneously, because the tourmaline is added, the antibacterial property of the artificial quartzite plate disclosed by the invention can be improved.
