Catalpa tea table and production method thereof
The invention discloses a catalpa tea table which is produced from the following four components in percentage by mass: 60-90 percent of catalpa shaving scraps, 5-20 percent of nanometer kaolin clay, 3-15 percent of chitin and 2-5 percent of anhydrous citric acid. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for preparing the catalpa tea table. Aiming at the defects existing in a conventional manufacturing technology of tea ceremony appliances such as a series of tea tables made of stainless steel and natural sandalwood, the invention provides the catalpa tea table and a production method thereof, wherein the catalpa shaving scraps are taken as basic raw materials, and the nanometer kaolin clay, the chitin and the anhydrous citric acid are taken as auxiliary raw materials. Moreover, the production method adopts a warm pressing near-net forming process, and the produced catalpa tea table is dense, hard, soft in fragrance, elegant, and noble while cheap and has the waterproof, mildew-proof effects.
