Special cement-based energy-saving external wall coating material for building external walls, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a special cement-based energy-saving external wall coating material for building external walls. The special cement-based energy-saving external wall coating material is prepared from white silicate cement, quartz sand, talc powder, dispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, wood fibers, nanometer TiO2 and water, wherein the white silicate cement, the quartz sand and the talc powder are adopted as the main base materials, and other materials excluding the water are the additives. According to the present invention, the structure of the special cement-based energy-saving external wall coating material is not different from the structure of the wall body, and the performance difference between the special cement-based energy-saving external wall coating material and the wall body is minimal, such that the phenomena such as coating flaking, coating cracking, and coating recessing and surface layer breaking after external force impacting in the prior art are avoided; and the external wall body coating and the building are concurrently constructed without extra drying time so as to easily achieve the building construction schedule and reduce the building cost.
