Disclosed energy-saving environment-friendly thermal-insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.3 part of polyacrylic acid, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium nitrate, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride, 0.5-2 parts of cellulose ether, 5-10 parts of asbestos fiber, 1-3 parts of dolomite, 3-6 parts of purple sandstone, 1-2 parts of anhydrous sodium acetate, 3-5 parts of urea, 1-5 parts of sulfanilic acid, 0.1-0.2 part of citric acid, 4-7 parts of sub-white corundum, 4-6 parts of coated kaolin, 25-40 parts of white cement, 20-50 parts of silicon-calcium slag, 2-4 parts of corn stalk, 0.2-0.4 part of cupric oxide, and 0.1-0.2 part of sodium sulfanilate.
