Method for preparing low-temperature-resisting waterproof mortar
The invention relates to a method for preparing low-temperature-resisting waterproof mortar. The method comprises the following steps: heating fatty acid magnesium, adding polyimide grains, quartz sand and kieselguhr, unfiromly stirring, and cooling, thereby obtaining modified powder; adding a cationic surfactant and glycerol, heating and mixing in a mixing machine, and cooling to room temperature, thereby obtaining a cationic prefabricated body; heating and mixing polymethyl acrylate latex powder, an anionic surfactant, epoxy resin, o-hydroxybenzoic acid phenyl ester, inorganic fibers and ethyl acetate, and cooling, thereby obtaining an anionic prefabricated body; mixing the cationic prefabricated body and the anionic prefabricated body, drying and carrying out ball milling, thereby obtaining a mixture; and mixing the mixture with water, coal ash, gypsum and cement, thereby obtaining the waterproof mortar. As the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains are respectively modified by using anions and cations, the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains can be easily wrapped by each other, and the cold resistance of the mortar with the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains is improved.

As the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains are respectively modified by using anions and cations, the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains can be easily wrapped by each other, and the cold resistance of the mortar with the inorganic fiber and the inorganic grains is improved.
