Anticorrosive mortar and preparation method thereof
An anticorrosive mortar is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 3-5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-4 parts of acetic acid, 4-5 parts of aluminum sulfate, 7-10 parts of Gynostemma pentaphylla extract, 2-4 parts of sodium dichloro isocyanurate, 2-3 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 8-10 parts of sodium silicate, a proper amount of water, 20-25 parts of an assistant, 170-190 parts of cement, 250-270 parts of sand and 40-50 parts of fly ash. The mortar has excellent antibiosis and anticorrosion performances, can effectively prevent the corrosion of steel bars, prolongs the service life of the steel bars, and prevents the mildew spots of the steel bars; the mortar has moderate cohesiveness, fluidity and thixotropy, and good workability; and the assistant used in the invention increases the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the mortar, and improves the workability, the sagging resistance, the thixotropy and the settlement resistance of the mortar.
