High-temperature-resisting anti-corrosion crucible
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resisting anti-corrosion crucible which comprises a crucible base body and a coating layer paved on the surface of the crucible base body, wherein the coating layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-50% of mullite powder, 30-40% of alumina powder, 10-20% of cordierite powder and 5-10% of aluminum silicate cement; the crucible base body is a crucible which is made of a high-temperature resisting material in the market. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: preparing a coating, washing and coating. The high-temperature-resisting anti-corrosion crucible disclosed by the invention can endure high temperature being greater than 900-1000 DEG C and is good in chemical stability and very high in oxidation resistance and acid/alkali corrosion property, the coating layer is high in binding force with the crucible base body, is not easy to drop off, free of material contamination, long in anti-corrosion period and high in efficiency, and moreover the preparation process is simple, easy to operate and beneficial in popularization and application.
