The ceramic cup comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of tourmaline, 1-5 parts of six-ring rock, 10-15 parts of potassium feldspar, 10-15 parts of albite, 1-3 parts of raw talc and 2-4 parts of magnesium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally weighing the substances, performing ball milling for 30-35 minutes, adding deionized water which is 1-1.5 times the powder obtained by the ball milling in weight to obtain ceramic pug, and preparing a ceramic body from the ceramic pug; and firing for 7-7.5 hours at 1,100-1,150 DEG C, cooling to room temperature and polishing to obtain the product. The ceramic cup has good comprehensive properties and realizes a certain effect on promoting health of a human body after long-time use; and the process is simple and easy to implement, and the production cost is relatively low.
