The invention provides a wide-temperature and high-permeability MnZn ferrite material. The wide-temperature and high-permeability MnZn ferrite material mainly comprises a main component and an auxiliary component, wherein the main component mainly comprises the following raw materials: 51.0-53.5mol% of Fe2O3, 18.0-18.8mol% of ZnO and the balance of Mn3O4 (based on Mn); the auxiliary component is combination of A, B and C; A is at least one of TiO2 and Co2O3; B is at least one of Nb2O5, SiO2 and CaCO3; and C is at least one of Bi2O3 and MoO3. The invention further provides a preparation method of the wide-temperature and high-permeability MnZn ferrite material.
