Titanium dioxide-based composite ceramic dielectric material, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a titanium dioxide-based composite ceramic dielectric material, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The chemical formula of the material is xSrTiO3-(1-x)A, wherein x is 0.03-0.40; A is codoped modified titanium dioxide, and the chemical expression of the codoped modified titanium dioxide is (B,C)y(TiO2)1-y; B is an element with the ionic valence of +5, and C is an element with the ionic valence of +3 or +2; a molar ratio of B to C is determined according to the electric neutrality principle of the ceramic material; and y is 0.005-0.15. The titanium dioxide-based composite ceramic dielectric material has large relative dielectric constant epsilon r, high electric field resistance Eb and other excellent comprehensive dielectric properties, and can adapt to high performance and miniaturization requirements of capacitors, resonators, filters, memories and other electronic products.
