Barium titanate-based leadless high-voltage ceramic capacitor material
The invention discloses a barium titanate-based leadless high-voltage ceramic capacitor material. The barium titanate-based leadless high-voltage ceramic capacitor material is prepared through the following steps: weighing 65-70mass% of barium titanate, 18-23mass% of titanium dioxide, 3-8mass% of calcium carbonate, 3.5-9mass%of zirconium dioxide and 1-3mass% of an additive, mixing the above components to obtain a mixture, carrying out primary milling and drying on the mixture, sintering at 1200-1300DEG C, carrying out secondary milling, adding polyvinyl alcohol, carrying out spray granulation to form a powdery material, carrying out dry pressing on the powdery material, and sintering at 1310-1350DEG C, wherein the sum of mass percentages of the components is 100%. The barium titanate-based leadless high-voltage ceramic capacitor material has the advantages of low production cost, large dielectric constant, small temperature change, low dielectric loss and stable service performance.
