Low-temperature preparation method of titanium dioxide/two-dimensional layered titanium carbide composite material
The invention provides a low-temperature preparation method of a titanium dioxide/two-dimensional layered titanium carbide composite material. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out high-energy ball milling on high-purity ternary layered Ti3AlC2 powder to refine grains; preparing the two-dimensional layered nanomaterial MXene-Ti3C2 by corroding with hydrofluoric acid; and forming TiO2 on the surface of MXene-Ti3C2 by low-temperature oxidation so that MXene-Ti3C2 is loaded with TiO2 to obtain the two-dimensional layered MXene-Ti3C2 nanometer composite material. The low-temperature preparation method has the characteristics of simplicity in preparation process, controllable process and low cost, the laminar of the two-dimensional layered MXene-Ti3C2 is uniform, the TiO2 particles are small and are uniformly distributed; the composite material has the advantages of larger specific surface area, good electrical conductivity, good photocatalytic performance and good biological affinity and is conductive to being applied in such fields as photocatalysis, wastewater treatment, lithium-ion batteries and biological sensors.
