The invention discloses a matt moon-white glaze for Ru porcelain. The matt moon-white glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21-27 parts of red feldspar, 9-15 parts of bentonite, 9-13 parts of base stones, 0.4-0.8 part of chromium oxide, 10-14 parts of black stones, 7-10 parts of dolomite, 1-4 parts of ilmenite, 18-22 parts of wollastonite, 6-10 parts of quartz and 0.6-1 part of blue feldspar. A preparation method of the matt moon-white glaze comprises the following steps: adding water into the weighed raw materials, wherein the water is 0.65-0.78 time the weight of the raw materials; grinding the raw materials for 16-20 hours to obtain a glaze slurry; coating a green body with the glaze slurry uniformly; and firing the green body at the temperature of 1,210-1,235 DEG C. The surface of the Ru porcelain prepared from the matt moon-white glaze can resist high temperature and corrosion and is shiny and bright.
