The invention discloses a rubber sleeve for blocking a precast box beam for a high-speed rail. The rubber sleeve comprises the following raw materials: ethylene propylene terpolymer, zinc oxide, sulphur, stearic acid, oil furnace process carbon black, ASTM103# oil, a TMTD accelerant and an M accelerant. The finished rubber sleeves are in a circular ring or a long ring structure; the outer surfaces are in an arc form; the inner surfaces are in a structure of a trumpet opening which inclines 2-6.5 degrees. When the rubber sleeve is used, an anchor recess template punched with holes are cleaned; circular rubber sleeves sleeve reserved hole pipes; long-ring rubber sleeves sleeve the reserved hole pipes which are formed by three-circle horizontal arrangement and connection of the lower part of the template; and the anchor recess template is subjected to anchor recess pouring. The rubber sleeve has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to use, and outstanding in effect; an anchor recess can be pulled out after being poured with concrete to initially set; the construction period of the precast box beam is shortened; and when the blocking concrete is poured, the blocking concrete can be embedded into a groove after being solidified due to the annular groove formed by the rubber sleeve, so that the blocking quality is ensured.
