The invention provides redispersible asphalt powder, and a preparation method and application thereof. The redispersible asphalt powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of asphalt, 5-30 parts of emulsifier, 0-20 parts of modifier, 10-40 parts of stabilizer and 4-20 parts of separant, wherein the weight parts of the raw materials are measured based on devoid of water. The invention is used for the fields of construction engineering, roads, railways and the like, and adopts a spray drying process to provide the asphalt powder product which is convenient to transport, can realize cold application, is water-redispersible and can be directly used in a cement base.
