Full-breadth variable-cross-section steel box girder and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a full-breadth variable-cross-section continuous steel box girder. The steel box girder comprises a bridge floor top plate, a bottom plate and transverse partition plates, and is characterized in that the steel box girder is a full-breadth box girder, the top breadth of the steel box girder is 10 m-33.1 m, and the main span of the steel box girder is 120 m-200 m; the transverse partition plates are arranged between the bridge floor top plate and the bottom plate at the intervals of 8 m-10 m, and three transverse ribs are arranged between every two adjacent transverse partition plates. The breadth of the section of the full-breadth steel box girder reaches 33.1 m, and the main space of the full-breadth steel box girder reaches 150 m. According to the technology, hoisting of the full-breadth steel box girder can be completed just through three times of hoisting on the site, so that the construction efficiency of the site is greatly improved, the workload and construction risk of the site are reduced, the construction period of the site is shortened, and the building cost is lowered. Meanwhile, the full-breadth steel box girder brings great convenience to future maintenance after a brigade is built and lowers the operating cost.
