The invention discloses an intelligent license plate photographing system and belongs to the technical field of photographing systems. The intelligent license plate photographing system comprises a first rubber deceleration strip, pressure sensors, a second rubber deceleration strip, a metal plate, a connecting frame, a single-chip microcomputer controller, a shell, a supporting plate, a camera, transmission shafts, toothed connectors, springs, pressure generators, a storage battery, cylindrical pins, a miniature electric push rod and a miniature optical transceiver. The four pressure sensors are evenly mounted on the top face in the first rubber deceleration strip. The second rubber deceleration strip is mounted in front of the first rubber deceleration strip. The two springs are symmetrically mounted on the bottom face in the second rubber deceleration strip. The metal plate is mounted on the two springs. The two transmission shafts are symmetrically mounted below the metal plate. The transmission shafts are connected with the pressure generators through the toothed connectors. The pressure generators and the storage battery are mounted on the bottom face in the second rubber deceleration strip. The pressure generators are connected with the storage battery through wires. The intelligent license plate photographing system can generate electricity by itself without an external battery and can automatically control start and stop of the photographing function.
