The invention relates to ground anchors for construction, in particular to a ground anchor with an omnibearing ground anchor disc. The ground anchor aims at overcoming the technical defects that an existing ground anchor is narrow in application range and is limited by geological conditions, and one-way stress is caused when only one ground anchor hole works. The ground anchor with the omnibearing ground anchor disc comprises the vertically-fixed ground anchor disc and a ground anchor body, the ground anchor disc is of a vertical multi-layer structure, a plurality of ground anchor holes evenly distributed in the circumferential direction in a surrounding mode are formed in each layer, the central axes of all the ground anchor holes in each layer are horizontal and equal in height, and the ground anchor body is poured and fixed in a pre-arranged foundation pit through concrete. The ground anchor is firm in fixing and wide in application range, and is not limited by the geological conditions of soil, the ground anchor disc can bear force in multiple directions at the same time, the ground anchor is used in construction of an electric transmission line assembled by large crossing poles, the number of adopted ground anchors can be effectively reduced, and the on-site construction environment can be improved.
