The invention relates to a method for positioning and straightening a steel stand column of a stand column pile. The method for positioning and straightening the steel stand column of the stand column pile is characterized by comprising the following steps that (1) a device for positioning and straightening the steel stand column of the stand column pile is prepared, wherein the device for positioning and straightening the steel stand column of the stand column pile comprises two positioning and straightening mechanisms, and each positioning and straightening mechanism comprises a steel wire rope, an annular air bag, a steel pipe clamp, an annular clamp, a first rolling shaft, a second rolling shaft, a third rolling shaft, a fourth rolling shaft, a ratchet wheel and a guide wheel; (2) after a stand column pile hole is formed, a positioning operation platform is installed at the opening of the hole; (3) a manufactured steel reinforcement cage and the manufactured steel stand column are lifted into the stand column pile hole from the operation platform; (4) the upper portion of the steel stand column is adjusted, the lower portion of the steel stand column moves leftwards, rightwards, forwards and backwards on the tensioned steel wire ropes in the four directions through rotation of the ratchet wheels, and then the perpendicularity of the stand column is adjusted, so that the perpendicularity of the stand column is guaranteed finally; (5) concrete is poured and compacted, and then dismantling is conducted. According to the method, operation is convenient, and positioning is reliable, and the adopted device is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and capable of being used repeatedly.
