The invention discloses a filtering full-through pipe which comprises a main pipe body and a filtering layer. The filtering layer fully wraps the outer portion of the main pipe body. A plurality of outer pipelines which are arrayed in parallel and protrude outwards are arranged on the main pipe body. A water collecting groove is formed between adjacent outer pipelines. A plurality of holes through which the inner portion and the outer portion of the main pipe body are connected are formed in the water collecting groove. The filtering layer has a filtering effect. After rainwater enters the main pipe body, when soil local water content outside the main pipe body is high, rainwater flows in the main pipe body to a position where soil water content is low, outward water seepage is carried out through the holes, and a water draining function is achieved. When whole soil water content is high, rainwater is stored in the main pipe body, and the function of water storing is achieved. The filtering full-through pipe is provided with the large number of holes, the function of filtering, water draining, water storing and water seepage are achieved so that the total quantity of rainwater infiltrating into soil can be increased, and the problems that surface runoff is high, the underground water level is lowered continuously, and soil is dry are solved.
