The invention relates to a portable sanitary water tank which comprises a platform surface and a cabinet body used for supporting the platform surface, wherein a tank body is arranged on the platform surface, a draining-off device is arranged on the platform surface at one side of the tank body, a drainage hole is formed below the tank body, a suspension loop is arranged at the lower end of the drainage hole, a deodorization sewer pipe is connected to the downside of the suspension loop in a suspending manner, and a cleaning water pipe is arranged on the platform surface. According to the portable sanitary water tank, the draining-off device is arranged on the platform surface at one side of the tank body so that cleaned bowls and dishes can be drained off, and the bowls and the dishes with water drops are prevented from being arranged in a cabinet so as to be relatively clean and sanitary; an automatic closing unit can be used for isolating bad smell from the sewer pipe, and can be closed by virtue of an elastic force of a Y-shaped elastic structure instead of water storage, so that the bad smell caused by fermentation of stored water is prevented from influencing the environment.
