The invention provides a water circulation system of a public toilet. The water circulation system is that a draining pipe (2) is connected to the position of a water leaking port of a wash basin (1), a water purification and filtering system (6) is arranged on the pipeline of the draining pipe (2), the draining pipe (2) enables water to be drained to a low-position impounding reservoir (3), a water pump (4) is installed at the water leaking port at the bottom of the low-position impounding reservoir (3) and is delivered to a high-position impounding reservoir (7) through a water pumping pipe (5), the water leaking port at the bottom of the high-position impounding reservoir is connected to a sewer pipe (8), and the sewer pipe (8) is provided with a toilet flushing switch (9) and is connected with a closestool (10). The water circulation system of the public toilet enables water to pass through the water purification and filtering system, enables the water to be recycled and secondarily used, water is saved, water resources are saved, and the water circulation system has wide economic significance.
