Enhanced rock wool board and production method thereof
The invention relates to a building material, in particular to improvement of a rock wool board, provides an enhanced rock wool board and relates to rock wool boards. Alkali-resisting grid cloth covers front and back surfaces of the rock wool board. The enhanced rock wool board is characterized in that the alkali-resisting grid cloth is provided with net structures that are sewed by fire-proof sewing threads, sewing joints of the net structures are fusiform buckles, and a joint that penetrates the rock wool board exists at intervals of each two sewing joints. During production, firstly, the alkali-resisting grid cloth covers the front and back surfaces of the rock wool board, then the rock wool board is delivered into a shuttle rock wool dedicated quilter for warp-wise sewing, and after sewing is finished, the rock wool board is rotated for 90 degrees and then delivered into the shuttle rock wool dedicated quilter for weft-wise sewing. By means of the enhanced rock wool board and the production method thereof, the rock wool board is processed by methods of covering of the alkali-resisting grid cloth and throughout sewing of the fire-proof sewing threads, tensile strength and dimensional stability of the rock wool board are greatly improved, advantages of simple production process and low production costs are achieved, and actual popularization and application values are remarkable.
