The invention discloses a waterproof structure of novel GRC hanging plates. The structure is characterized by comprising a waterproof baffle installed on the lateral side of a lower hanging plate, and a sealing strip and sealant installed between an upper hanging plate and the lower hanging plate, wherein the sealant is arranged on the outer side of the sealing strip; a 5 mm wide gap is formed between the upper hanging plate and the lower hanging plate; the height of the waterproof baffle is 55 mm, and the thickness of the waterproof baffle is 20 mm; the depth of the sealant is 2 mm larger than the width of the gap. According to the structure, due to the two waterproof modes on a spliced joint of the GRC building curtain walls; particularly, because of the water stop structure which is additionally arranged on the upper edge of one GRC hanging plate, seepage water in the spliced joint can also be prevented from entering a cavity in severe weather such as a rainstorm, and therefore the chronic construction problems of steel frame rust, wall face water leakage and the like can be completely eradicated.
