The invention provides a superimposed floor easy to install and a construction method of the superimposed floor. The superimposed floor is convenient to transport, low in breakage rate, light in weight, low in cost, large in rigidness and good in anti-seismic property. The superimposed floor easy to install comprises a prefabricated slab and a cast-in-situ concrete layer. The bottom of the prefabricated slab is provided with transverse reinforcing steel bars composed of ordinary reinforcing steel bars or prestressed reinforcing steel bars in the width direction of the prefabricated slab. One end of each transverse reinforcing steel bar is pre-buried in the prefabricated plate, the other end of each transverse reinforcing steel bar protrudes out of the side face of the prefabricated slab, and the cast-in-situ concrete is located above the prefabricated plate to cover the transverse reinforcing steel bars.
