The invention provides a suspended ceiling of a large-scaled storage tank and a manufacturing method of the suspended ceiling. The suspended ceiling comprises a wire frame (11), a plurality of corrugated boards (12) and suspenders (13). The wire frame (11) is formed by building profiles in a certain shape, the corrugated boards (12) are connected together in a spliced mode, and are laid on the upper portion of the wire frame (11), one end of each suspender (13) is connected with the wire frame (11), and the suspenders are used for hoisting the suspended ceiling above the storage tank. According to the suspended ceiling of the large-scaled storage tank, all the parts do not need to be welded, weight is small, the load of a tank top screen shell is reduced, and the safety of the storage tank is improved.
