Quick connector for plates
A quick connector for plates comprises a lock cylinder and a lock case. The quick connector for the plates is characterized in that the upper portion of the lock cylinder serves as an acting head portion, the lower portion of the lock cylinder is connected with a lock cylinder body, and hooked parts are formed at the bottom of the lock cylinder body; a lock cylinder penetrating hole is formed in the upper portion of the lock case, and spring bolt penetrating holes are formed in the side portions of the lock case; spring penetrating holes are formed in the spring bolt penetrating holes and used for containing springs. The quick connector for the plates further comprises two spring bolt sliding blocks, each spring bolt sliding block is provided with a head portion, the downward side of each head portion is provided with a slope, and the connector locks or unlocks the plates through stretching or retracing of the head portions relative to the lock case. The springs are arranged between the spring bolt sliding blocks and the inner wall of the lock case in an abutting mode. The bottom of the lock cylinder is directly matched with the spring bolt sliding blocks, the springs are arranged between the spring bolt sliding blocks and the inner wall of the lock case, and therefore when external force is applied to the lock cylinder, the lock cylinder and the spring bolt sliding blocks can be in linkage so that the spring bolt sliding blocks can retract; when no external force is applied, the stretching state of the spring bolt sliding blocks can be kept under tension of the springs. The quick connector for the plates has the advantages that reliability is high and the press fitting process is simple.
