The invention discloses a motor structure for a window lifter. The motor structure for the window lifter comprises a motor, a worm and a turbine; a rotating roller is arranged at one end of the worm. The motor structure for the window lifter further comprises a sleeve in which the rotating roller is positioned; at least one group of extruding element is arranged in the sleeve and propped to the rotating roller; a groove for storing the extruding element is formed in the sleeve; a slide rail is arranged in the groove; the extruding element is glidingly arranged to the slide rail; an elastic part for propping the extruding element is arranged on the slide rail; an electromagnet is arranged on the D1 end of the slide rail. According to the motor structure for the window lifter, the frictional force between the extruding element and the rotating roller can be instantaneously increased while a relatively large weight is applied to the upper end of the window and the worm reversely moves, and thus the self-locking force of the turbine and the worm can be compensated; in addition, the extruding element is attracted by an electromagnet to reach the part in which the extruding element does not contact with the rotating roller when the window is lifted normally, and then the frictional force to the rotating roller is not increased by the extruding element, and as a result, the maximum transmission efficiency can be achieved when the motor runs normally.
