The invention discloses an abrasion-resisting aluminum alloy door frame. The abrasion-resisting aluminum alloy door frame comprises an aluminum alloy body and a protection coating, wherein the surface of the aluminum alloy body is coated with the protection coating. The aluminum alloy is formed by fusing aluminum and copper at the high temperature. The protection coating is composed of ethylene propylene rubber, a dispersing agent, a filling agent and tackifier. The dispersing agent is the ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer. The filling agent is talcum powder. The tackifier is N'-ethylene hisstearamide. The protection coating comprises, by mass, 66%-81% of ethylene propylene rubber, 3%-8% of ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, 15%-21% of talcum powder and 1%-5% of N'-ethylene hisstearamide. The aluminum alloy body is stable in performance, and due to the fact that the surface of the aluminum alloy body is coated with the protection coating, the aluminum alloy body has the advantages of being good in corrosion resistance, high in strength, stable in quality, low in cost and good in using effect.
