The invention discloses a household refuse disposing system with cooperation of a cement kiln and a method of the household refuse disposing system with cooperation of a cement kiln. The household refuse disposing system comprises drying equipment, a refuse storeroom, a pyrolytic furnace, residue cooling equipment and a cement kiln system, wherein the drying equipment is communicated with the refuse storeroom, the gas inlet of the drying equipment is communicated with the gas outlet of a grate cooler of the cement kiln system, the gas outlet of the drying equipment is communicated with the gas inlet of the grate cooler, the refuse storeroom is both communicated with the air inlets of the pyrolytic furnace and the grate cooler, the gas outlet of the pyrolytic furnace is communicated with the air inlet of a cement kiln decomposing furnace, and a residue outlet of the pyrolytic furnace is communicated with the residue cooling equipment. The refuse is dried before being subjected to pyrolysis, the heat consumption caused by pyrolysis is low, the energy is saved, the heat value of the pyrolysis gas is high and the heat release speed is high; gas between drying equipment and the grate cooler is utilized in a cyclic way, and the energy is saved; air of the pyrolytic furnace and the grate cooler is from the refuse storeroom, negative pressure is formed, and harmful gas is effectively prevented from overflowing; and a part of products of the pyrolytic furnace circulate in the furnace, heat loss is reduced and the heat efficiency of the pyrolytic furnace is improved.
